The Manticore was pulled through an energy rift into a universe

from our own ancient "Science Fiction." After repairing our

engines with tech from the new reality, we were sucked into

another rift and lost the new power source. We arrived to

see the destruction of a galactic empire's spherical space station

at the hands of a rebellion. The rebellion offered to fix our

engines, if we help them relocate their secret base, now that the

empire knows where they are. We agree and the shuttle with the

parts for the "hyperdrive" have just arrived (along with a rebel

captain who seems awfully smitten with Matt McFly, it's such a

shame that she will mess up Kansas's nice clean knife blades)
