The Manticore was caught in a huge energy and gravitational

rift and we now find ourselves on the far side, in a strange

universe. We were interacting with members of the National

Space Exploration Administration. The NSEA has never heard

of the Federation and we don't know who the NSEA is. Yet,

there are centuries-old works of fiction in each universe that

describes a future world of space travel that is the same as

the other. We are from each other's "Science Fiction." Firing up

the Beryllium Sphere they helped us install in engineering, we have

suddenly pulled in all matter of this universe and we are surrounded

by another rift, identical to the first.
