An-Ward Administrator Report

Subject: An-Ward Administrator

 

The An-Ward Administrator has been dead for two days due to a break of the C1 and C2 vertebrae. The strength to cause the break would have to be from someone stronger and/or taller than the administrator. There were no toxic chemicals or drugs in the Administrators blood.
