RES Talon Mission Briefing 51603.31 - Season 21

 

The team along with several other groups in our phase of the attack squadron have landed in the main courtyard of the Retor, and have managed to get past the first wave of resistance that we've encountered. Having dispatches teams to take to the high areas and take out guard towers and any other immediate threats, t’Ksa has taken a few to set up a triage area to deal with our wounded, while the rest of us are working to infiltrate further into the main buildings. Having accessed one doorway past the dead body of a guard blocking a door, we now depend on our engineers to shut down main security and computer systems to see us safely through. Koga and t'Vatrix will keep watch while they work.

KhreRiovtRex -> ::looks up at Laeh, not wanting to disturb she and Lerik::

KhreRiovtRex -> No....biometric data....I know there are some areas, that may be on separate security systems...They're breaking the high level ones...we will take care of the lower level ones...... here....::grabs the dead man by the arm::

M_K_tKsa -> ::mutters under her breath as she shifts some of the equipment around to make it easier to work::

KhreRiovtRex -> Take his hand....for any hand scanners..... we will take his eye as well for any retinal scans, however that will only last for a few minutes, as the blood vessels will not read right after a few minutes...

KhreRiovtRex -> ::points to the wrist:: Right there Koga.........and make sure you don’t' cut my wrist off....

Koga S'Bien -> I understand.. I'll make sure I don't. ::he's no surgeon, but Koga does remove the dead man's hand and one of his eyes for the retinal scanners, hope au didn't just eat::

Laehval tTemarr -> Nurse j'Akie> ::Arrives in Ksa's triage area with one of the walking wounded in tow.:: I was told to bring this unlucky io to au.

KhreRiovtRex -> ::turns to t'A who was watching the other end of the corridor for resistance:: I really don’t' like leaving tKsa like this......but she said to go. I know she's got 5 others with her, and t’Mahren is most likely near her as well....

Koga S'Bien -> ::finishes with the man and wipes his kaleh with the dead man's uniform:: We should now have everything we need.

KhreRiovtRex -> I hope that is our teams, and not air support from the Othan...Yet, I imagine they will have their hands full across the capital, with our people hitting so many targets, and them blind and unable to coordinate communications thanks to Leah and Pexil here

ACTION:: as t'A advances, she hears boots running somewhere ahead of us::

Lerak trPexil -> :: Turns up the sensors sensiitivity, so every room is essentially white on the displays ::

Lerak trPexil -> :: to anyone :: Their sensors are compromised.

KhreRiovtRex -> t'A sees 3 men running towards her, and as she sticks her head around the corner, one takes a shot at her, but misses as he is running::

taehjae -> ::pulls back:: We have 3 coming this way.

Koga S'Bien -> ::draws his disruptor, peering out from behind the wall::

taehjae -> :: ducks down and is ready to shoot up as they come around the corner::

KhreRiovtRex -> :: moves up and crouches to make less of a target::

M_K_tKsa -> Let's just hope that the dheno can tell the difference between the re factions. ::opening up another medkit::

 

ACTION:: The boots slow, obviously expecting trouble around the corner

ACTION:: 2 Guards move around the corner.....

ACTION: The men move around the corner, expecting to see others standing and have weapons drawn and at chest level, however, the team being low to the floor have initiative and fire first.

 

ACTION: All 3 of our shots hit and we each take out one of the 3 men..

ACTION:: Leah has managed to gain access to the system she is working on...
