The Manticore was enroute to Earth, but after picking up supplies

at a starbase, we also picked up more than we expected. An

alien being is in the bay who can "talk" into most of our minds

while cancelling out all forms of manufactured energy. Sovak

went to meet it and now he is now floating in a darkened room,

a space with no power, gravity or atmosphere - just our new friend.
