RES Talon Mission Briefing 51602.18 - Season 21

 

The engineering teams have made it to their destination, and while Pexil's and Koga's team is still working through a bit of a fire fight to get the etreeh's they need to work on, Laehval's team is already at work. t'Mahren and her friends have been clearing the way and making sure it stays clean for them.

Meanwhile, the air fight has gotten more intense, with ships spilling in from the other areas that had been under attack, either by the winner or the loser trying to find something better.

Shields on the Admiral's ship have just about failed...

Any questions? Corrections, additions? Oh...and t'Ksa's been busy patching up those that have been injured protecting them

Koga S'Bien -> ::Turns towards the movement and points out his disriptor:: What was that? Damn it...

ACTION: As Koga makes the move around the corner, he catches sight of t'Mahren....who waves him off, then motions for his team to follow her back to Laehval::

 

M_K_tKsa -> Well, this has been a fun field trip. :: finishing up bandaging the stab wound, has done the best she can under these conditions:: Don't move until we're ready to go. Stay still, got that?

tAehjae -> :: steps onto the transporter padd as instructed::

KhreRiovtRex -> :: Moves to take the controls to keep the aft section and what remained of the aft shielding towards the ships pursuing them...

M_K_tKsa -> ::smacks him in the arm:: Stop. Just sit. ::moving on to the head wound::

ACTION: Chaz and t'A are beamed off the ship onto the hillside below, knee high underbrush helping to obscure their location::

 

tAehjae -> :: materializes on the hillside:;

KhreRiovtRex -> Now au two:: pointing to the other pilot and the one that had just operated the controls::

Resistance TS officer># Na Khre'Riov, we have our orders from t'Kallen. If something were to happen to the ship, we were to get au to safety first, na matter what.

KhreRiovtRex -> # :: materializes on the ground near them: The fight was enough above them, that they most likely would not be noticed, the biggest worry was stray weapons fire.

# ACTION: Just as she spots it, io of the larger ships dives towards it, blasting the limping vessel from stem to stern, igniting it in a spectacular fireball and stray ie'yakk bursts ripping into the ground all around them

KhreRiovtRex -> # They're too busy watching up there for now. If we do na win this battle in the air, they will send in other troops to search for ground parties for sure

Lerak trPexil -> Mine is ready, as I have the portion that allows it to spread. This should appear as a normal update to a non-critial background process.

Our ship has been destroyed, so we are making our way by foot to the extraction site, if they are able to reach us. It will depend on who wins the air battle. Or if your gift.......will divert them

ACTION: As the Othan and traitorous TS had already been eliminated, the way is clear for the engineering teams to make their way back to their ships
