Brief Analysis of Unknown Alien Species

Subject: Unknown Alien Species: Brief Analysis

 

The alien’s anatomy is almost similar to the Breen. Judging by what I can gather by my scans, it is a distant cousin of the Breen. The alien was able to communicate with Lt. Cmdr. Lawliet and myself through the Breen language, as well as a colored vapor around it’s head.
