The Manticore is at Deep Space 4, at the frontier of the

Federation. From here, the ship will continue out into

uncharted space to complete a mapping mission. T'Prise has

discovered something disturbing about a nearby planet and

she was about to suggest Captain Taggart take the ship to

investigate, when a gigantic ship, almost as big as DS4, shows

up. Commander Jinks refers to them as the Belosians. That is

not a name known by the Federation, nor is the material that the

huge ship is comprised of, according to our scans. Is it always

this much fun on the raggedy edge of known space?
