RES Talon Mission Briefing 51510.08

The crew has hidden once again at the t'Temarr summer home, and while t’Ksa is looking after the Khre'Riov and Laehval's ri'anov, t'A and Pexil are looking for the escaped tr’Danov, and Leah and S’Bien went looking for them. When we last left off, while t’A and Pex were sneaking around the end of the wooded area hiding the ships, tr’Danov pegged Pexil in the head with a rock and down he went.

@tr'Danov>:: sees the officer knocked to the ground and quickly grabs the weapon....crouching back down in the weeds::

Koga S'Bien -> ::getting worried, looks outside the window::

tAehjae -> @:: comes around the Shuttle:: Pexil?? PEXIL!! ::seeing him on the ground::

t'Vatrix> ::turns to tKsa:: pointing to the roll of carpet.:: She is na yy'a is she?

Laehval tTemarr -> @ ::With no chance to have warned Pexil, she fires at tr'Danov, hurrying toward the shuttle to take cover.::

KhreRiovtRex -> (Koga, you are out searching with Leah)

M_K_tKsa -> ::makes mental note to research either temples or quiet island getaways if she ever escapes this mess::

Laehval tTemarr -> (( And we'd just happened on them when tr'Danov attacked. ))

Koga S'Bien -> @::takes cover as well::

@ tr'Danov> :: rolls and fires toward t'A to make her back off as well.

STSF Seiben -> .Ready Room: ::feels a lump in his throat::

tAehjae -> ::: ducks back behind the shuttle::

@ tr'Danov> :: saw S'Bien off to the side of tTemarr, thinking if he could get back to SBien, then the two of them can capture these Galae veruuls and yy'a them once and for all::

tAehjae -> ::moves back into the shuttle to take cover:: and make sure he cant take it::

Koga S'Bien -> ::Looks around for tr'Danov::

@ tr'Danov> :: if can skirt around just right, he could come up behind the t'Temarr woman, and disrupt her once and for all::

M_K_tKsa -> ::flips through the pages of an ISD, reading an old novel::

@ tr'Danov> S'Bien, reinforcements are on the way to assist us. Do au have a clear shot at any of them? Make au way to me, and we'll take them out once and for all

Laehval tTemarr -> He's only io person. Spread out! ::Growling under her breath. She peeked out from behind the shuttle and then ducked, scrambling to a nearby tree, working her way to tr'Danov's position.

@ tr'Danov> S'Bien...if au have a shot at her, take it.....I'll cover au

Koga S'Bien -> @ Where are au?

Annisha -> :: Pexil is out cold, blood across his right temple ::

Koga S'Bien -> @ ::moves closer to his position:: Hold on.. I don`t have a shot.

tAehjae -> :: inside the shuttle grabbing a piece of metal and hiding behind a chair to be able to smack him if he comes inside::

Laehval tTemarr -> @ S'Bien, au traitor! ::Screams in Koga's direction, hoping to keep tr'Danov off balance and thinking Koga is an ally.::

t'Vatrix> :: seeing Morganna deep in her reading and guessing she hadn't heard her, walks over and takes a look herself::

Laehval tTemarr -> @ ::Fires at tr'Danov's position, but hits the tree in front of him. With a grunt, she darted to the next bit of cover, putting her back to another tree.::

Annisha -> :: the struggle to open his eyes is real ::

 

ACTION> Some sort of small insect like creature crawls across Pexil's face::

 

@ trDanov> Make su family proud of au S'Bien. Au do na want au Ri'anov relieved of duty and shot because su failed her after she sent au to us, do au?

Koga S'Bien -> @ ::moves closer to Laeh and tr'Danov:: Ie.. of course. :: finally has a good shot and fires his disruptor... at tr'Danov::

Annisha -> :: he feels something strange along with his half consciousness ::

M_K_tKsa -> ::flips a page:: I haven't read io of these settlement histories in a long time. ::talking to the unconscious t'Temarr woman as if she can hear her:: Did au know that the first outpost of ch'Rihan was overrun with lizards?

 

ACTION> tr'Danov clearly ready to fire at tTemarr but waiting for SBien to take the shot, has no time to react as he is disrupted to nothingness.......

 

Laehval tTemarr -> @ ::Straightens and shoves her pistol into her belt, looking over at Koga.:: Au... may consider yourself partially forgiven. ::Her eyes narrowed.:: But na completely.

Koga S'Bien -> Took awhile to get a good shot. ::puts down his disruptor::

tAehjae -> :: hears the phaser fire and waitsto hear more inside the shuttle::

t'Vatrix> ::stands up from where she was kneeling next to the tTemarr woman in the rug and makes her way over to Morgana:: Are you upset with me for some reason?

tAehjae -> ((Dang you do need new dice))

Koga S'Bien -> I'll take that. We haven't much time if trDanov managed to call in reinforcements.

Laehval tTemarr -> @ Ie, we need to go. Now. ::She hurried back to the shuttle where she'd left Pexil.:: t'Aehjae! He's dead. Help us get tr'Pexil into the RAC.

Koga S'Bien -> @ ::follows after Laeh::

KhreRiovtRex -> ::notes that Morgana is decidedly ignoring her, so decides to leave her to her reading::

KhreRiovtRex -> :: the others have been gone far too long, so makes way towards the door to check on them::

Koga S'Bien -> ::carries tr'Pexil over his shoulder, much like a sack of potatoes and heads into the shuttle::

 

tr'Vitram> Khre'Riov....fhaen, remain inside, there has been weapons fire, she should continue to hold this position until the others return. Then we can head to io of the locations that I have you to confirm with au t'Mahren....

Laehval tTemarr -> ::Slides into the pilot's seat and starts the ignition sequence, closing the door once they were all on board. She was no pilot, but she had her minimal qualifications and knew how the dang thing worked.::

Laehval tTemarr -> ::A few moments later, they touch down just outside of the house, but within the shade of the forest where the RAC would go unseen by most flyovers.::

tAehjae -> ::nods to Pexil:: He alive?

Koga S'Bien -> He is.. but quite injured. ::puts him down on the bench::

Koga S'Bien -> ::Nods:: Understood. ::hoists Pex over his shoulder again and heads into the cabin::

KhreRiovtRex -> ::narrows her eyes, still confused by why t'Ksa refuses to speak to her, shrugs and moves back towards the door::

Laehval tTemarr -> Na, t'Aehjae. Join us inside. ::She opened the RAC door and strode out, heading back to the house, slipping through the door with the others following behind.:: Daise'Maenak, tr'Pexil is in need of au.

Koga S'Bien -> ::carries Pexil inside and sits him down gently by the maenak::

Laehval tTemarr -> ::Calling out for t'Ksa.::

EvietMahren -> ::ISD in hand, stands on a back patio, reading the latest reports from her contacts, noting that their escorts will arrive 'soon'::

Annisha -> The ship..out of danger? :: he had only a passing grasp on reality ::

M_K_tKsa -> Well, so much for this. ::puts the ISD down, rechecks the woman's concsious state - making sure she'll be out at least for another hour or so before she decides to see what all the fuss is about::

tAehjae -> :: closes the door and watches out the window for trouble::

KhreRiovtRex -> :: finds her out back:: I do hope that iwth the information that Koga's ri'anov sent with tr'Vitram, and with your contacts, that au have found us at least a temporary location we can head too, at least to lay low until we come up with more of a plan?

Koga S'Bien -> ::checks his weapon, also keeping watch out of the window::

M_K_tKsa -> He has to be the most accident-proned Rihan I've ever met. ::holds out her hand with several fingers up:: tr'Pexil, how many fingers am I holding out?

Koga S'Bien -> I'd also check for brain damage.. if his brain wasn't damaged already.

KhreRiovtRex -> Menkha... We have two ships hnah, but I do na wish us to split up if we do na have too...I want Laeh and I to hear about this 'escort' and where we are headed, so we can decide how we'll proceed with the group
