The courts-martial went smoothly with no disturbances from the crowd and it appears it should be finished by tomorrow. Both prosecution and defense did excellent jobs on presenting their cases and Ensign Mogg the only witness at today’s proceedings presented himself surprisingly well and I believe the good captain will have a hard decision to make but I am sure it would be the right choice when in fact he makes its.
