Alright,I got one question. How come Romulan Ale is illegal but half the Federation still drinks it. And why is it illegal anyway. They dont outlaw Russian Vodke or Captain Morgan when that stuff sends people into black out mode.

And now here are my thoughts about Romulan Ale.

 

1)  We treat Romulan Ale like it's some big thing.  But to the Romulans, it's just ale.

 

2)  I think having it illegal is kinda like having Cuban cigars be illegal.  It has more to do with politics than the properties of the drink.

 

3)  Did you notice that the drink in Star Trek:  Nemesis was not blue?  It just looked like a regualr white wine - and ale is a kind of beer, what are they doing making it look like wine?

 

4)  I learned at Star Trek:  The Experience that "Romulan Ale" is really nothing more than Bud Light with food coloring.

I wasn't saying that you were the devil.  What I meant was that it's ironic you were calling Bill Gates the devil on an internet bulleten board, since it was Bill's business that led to everyone having their own computer and being able to access internet bulleten boards.

 

If Bill hadn't done what he did, you wouldn't be able to use these boards to slam him.

 

This almost sounds like one of the temporal loops we've been discussing.
