Déja vù (this works, hopefully).

 After walking around for what seemed an eternity, Seiben, Ruca and N'Dak decide to abort their search for Commander Dacotah and headed back towards the rest of Team Moose.  Dissapointed they didn't come back with Dacotah and follwed through on their orders, Seiben walks slowly back to the group.  

  He doesn't quite know what to say, but after spending one or two hours walking around in circles, they're convinced that they won't find her and not to waste anymore time and effort. This sure is some strange cave, Seiben thinks.  People going through rocks. Seiben walked through some rocks during their search.  Something straight out of the "Twilight Zone" a 20th century television show showcasing episodes with events out of the ordinary.  

  Ruca and N'Dak are closely by Seiben making their way back.   Walking through the dark cave lit by their flashlights, Seiben feels a sense of déja vù.  He remembers the first time he and his friends were lost like this.. well, except for the transparent rocks...

 All they wanted to do was do some hiking, but it lead to alot more.  Ten year old Hans Seiben had invited some of his friends, Freidrich, Yvette and Eva, over to his estate, they watched some holo-cartoons and played with some of his toys, when they got bored and decided to hike the trail at Seiben's 1000 acre property.  

 Climbing the trail they take in the sights of the forest and stream overlooking the property.  Once they climb the hill they encounter a red fox.  It was digging the ground.  A moment later, the fox extracted a small rabbit from its cash and ran off.  

   They decide to follow the fox. Quietly, Seiben and the others follow the fox off the trail and into the bushes.  The fox led them to its den and five young fox kits emerged from the den.  They watch in fascination as the fox and the kits tear apart the rabbit.  Seiben's friend Yvette peers for a closer look, but steps on a twig snapping it.  The foxes then dart back in the den with rabbit.  

  "Oops, sorry about that." Yvette says.  The others shake their head, and decide to see what's beyond the trees.  Beyond the trees, is a small creek and trees. Small rodents scurry about by their feet, and the four explorers decide to stop and eat here for a break.   They enjoy their lunchs, and later cotinue their trek westward.  

   "What time is it?" Eva asks.  Seiben looks at his watch and states that it is 15:00.  They've been hiking for three hours.  "Let's head back." Seiben suggests.  They agree and head back to Seiben's estate.  At least they think so.. "Which way did we come here?" Yvette asks.  "I think it was over there" Freidrich says and points to the bush at the left.  "Really? I thought we went through the bush on the right or was it the centre bushes?" Seiben said.   Confused, they  head to the left.  

  Walking north-west, for thirty minutes they stop.  "Shouldn't we have found the trail by now?" Eva asked.  They agree and realise they're lost. That's just great.  He thinks. And to make things worse, it's going to rain. The skies above them are dark, they hear thunder and  a second later, water pours down from above.  Looking to seek for shelter, they run over to a cave for shelter.  It is dark and damp.  They walk through the cave lit with Seiben's flashlight.  They walk NW, according to Seiben's compass.  Yvette and Eva are closely hehind clinging onto Seiben and Friedrich.  

  But at last, they see light and walk out of the cave.  By now, it stopped raining.  They emerge from the cave, and find a trail down.  They climb down the hill, but as they climb down, the scenery is not the same as when they first climbed up.  "Paculiar? Where is that stream?" Freidrich said.  Seiben shrugs, as they climb down the hill.  They walk up to a fence and see a house. "That's not my house" Seiben said. "I think we've walked to the other side of the mountain. That's the neighbour's house." said Seiben.

  They decide to walk to the neighbour's home and hope they could take them back to Seiben's home.  He'd call his home for a lift, but noone is home.  They walk through the backyard.  This estate belongs to Seiben's neighbours Lakot and T'Krit.  They are are Vulcan Federation Executives.  Seiben and the others walk through the garden and encounters T'Krit.  

   T'Krit asks why there are here and Seiben explains their situation.  "not a very logical decision" T'Krit states.  Seiben nods and agrees and after Vulcan tea, T'Krit drives them back to Seiben's estate with her shuttle. After thanking and saying goodbye to T'Krit, Seiben turns on his jacuzzi and they all go in to relax and sooth their sore muscles.  As the water jets activate. Seiben sighs. "Let's not do that again, eh?" HE says.  They all laugh.. "Yeah, no kidding.  That sucked." Eva and Yvette said.  They're happy that their back to civilisation and the good life as they enjoy their beverages and snacks...

   Seiben smiles and is spaced out, so he doesn't see Ruca in front of him.  He bumps into her causing him to fall.  Seiben gets up, and decides that they should stop for awhile and rest.  At this point, Seiben retreives a piece of boar from his bag and begins to eat it.  "Hmm, I wonder where Moose is? They must have moved." Seiben said.  After a swig of water from his canteen and the chunk of boar, they decide to keep looking.  Seiben is lost again, like the time in his estate, and though childhood ignorance got them into this, determination and dedication got them out of it.  

   Never give up.. he thinks.  And we shall get out of this.  We'll find Moose and Dac and then go back to the Arcadia.  And though Team Moose didn't win, they didn't lose either.  Seiben smiled and continued onward to find Moose.
