USS Republic Mission Briefing 51505.25 - Season 23

 

Webbed Kwai, in her currently transformed and crazed mind wanting to escape the holodeck, is finally able to yell out, first locking down Holly, and then yells that she wants out, leading the holodeck arch to appear and the door to open. Immediately outside Will, Jax and Heather debating what to do about her in there, are surprised by the appearance of the viscous spider-wasp queen, who sprays them with a heavy coat of webbing, pinning them all motionless against the wall. Will tries to fire, but his hand is angled downward and is only shooting at the floor. Kwai retreats back into the holodeck to assess her next move. On the bridge, the red alert klaxons go off once the weapons fire has registered.

ACTION> There's a tremendous yank of the webs, knocking Will, Jax and Heather off their feet and dragged quickly into the holodeck before the doors close.

ACTION::: WILL GETS A LUCKY SHOT, SEARING A BIT OF AUGUST'S WEBBING...IT IS NOW FRAYING AS IT SPINS, AND THREATENS TO DROP HER DOWN TO THE GROUND ON THE HEAD.

Ayumu Kasuga -> ::checks:: The affected areas in closest proximity to holodeck 2 has also been evacuated of non-essential personnel.

STSF_BluRox -> Christina...get down there, and assess the situation. See if you can open that door a bit, but don't let her out, see if you can see anything in there

STSF_BluRox -> Ayumu....the only other problem is, as that's Holly's holodeck, normal transport is disabled there, , we we cant' even beam them out

ACTION: As Christina and Ayumu exit the lift, they see nobody else in the corridor with them

Ayumu Kasuga -> I'm going to disable the automatic door opener, and activate the manual door release. You should be able to pry the door open a crack. ::heads to an access panel next to the holodeck::

COMPUTER> Cdr Kwai has locked out all holodeck commands including automatic door control. (you can still attempt to open manually)

Heather Jamieson -> :: stares at Kwai, starts yelling at the captain ::

Capt Rian Kwai -> Kwai>::so the webbing she'd intended for the Will-web-thing to stop the fireworks has now been expended on the Jax-web-thing because she's gotten frightened...causing Jax to be even more covered with sticky webbing::
