USS Republic Mission Briefing 51503.01 Season 23

The landing party has finally found what they believe to be the partilally transformed Captain Kwai, and are now trying to move her to a different location...away from the large pod of sleeping spider wasps which have been randomly waking and attacking. As they finally were able to find a conveyance to move her with, they made their way back towards the lab and ran into the Admiral's party.

Capt Rian Kwai -> :::is unconscious, in pain and will be very angry when she wakes up::

STSF_BluRox -> ::Looks down at the mutated woman duct taped to the cart

Jas -> ::busy being a lizard and looking lizard-like, standing by the Kwai::

STSF_BluRox -> You know....she's going to be mad as a hornet......Uhm.....perhaps a bad choice of words

STSF_BluRox -> (since we are all down here, you can forego the landing party symbol for now)

Christina_Nickles -> We may want to get going to get out of here. We had some creatures following us.

STSF_BluRox -> Perhaps we should try to find their lab or their notes...try to figure out some way to get her back to herself.

STSF_BluRox -> I really wish Tisa were back with us and not off teaching that seminar, but hopefully we can try to use some of that same transporter technology as we did before, but, we need to find out what they di dto her first. And to all the others......::turns and looks at the lizard man with them.

STSF_BluRox -> Will, if we leave, we may have no way of finding out how this was done. There has to be some sort of notes, others that helped, computer files.

Capt Rian Kwai -> ::low buzz from the woman on the cart is heard::

STSF_BluRox -> Remember....those enemies....are mostly Federation citizens. We need to do our best to help them as well.

Christina_Nickles -> I don’t remember, I was to busy firing on the ones coming after us.

STSF_BluRox -> Alrighty, now tell me you've been using your stun setting, not kill? We need to try to recover as many of these colonists as we are able, those we are not.......

STSF_BluRox -> I'm glad we'll leave that decision to Star Fleet. It's most likely they'll need to live out their days on one of these terraformed worlds of theirs

STSF_BluRox -> I'm assuming the ones flying the ships were not as ....transformed as the others either? Alright, I still think we need to find these scientist down here that can help her, and I'm sure there is valuable information still to be found in the lab....

LtCmdrRobinson -> !@#$%^&*() Didn’t come across any pilots I don’t believe, its hard to tell.

STSF_BluRox -> but perhaps it would be best to get her up to the ship. It's just too bad that Tisa isn't around. I should have never agreed to let most of the medical staff all attend the same conference at the same time. I suppose, we could fire up the emergency hologram? Though not sure what he would be able to do for us in Rian's case

STSF_BluRox -> I see, however, I have to be certain of your mental state, before I can let you work on her. Why is it that you are able to hold a conversation and have coherent conversations, rather than be mindless like these others?

Jas -> Becaussse I wasss only recccently turned, they didn't inject me with whatever would control my mind.

Christina_Nickles -> Hes been helping us sir and seems to be mentally well.

Capt Rian Kwai -> ::fidgets, starting to come out of it but still not quite knowing where and who's she's with so feel that same sort of angsty revenge-y feeling towards J'Rom...willing to strangle the life out of him again if necessary::

I want samples of it, as well as any information that you can find.. And find those..."nerds" as Will called them. They may hold vital information
