The Manticore, Babylon and the Pensacola have docked at

Starbase 18 in the Terran Solar System. The prisoners from

Antares have been transported to the base and a Federation

Council dreadnaught has arrived, pinning the Manticore at the

base and demanding that A9 be handed over for transport to

Starfleet Medical for recuperation and debrief.
