The Manticore is in orbit around Titan, along with the Babylon

and the Pensacola. After killing the head of the Antares Group,

Charlie Thasus, and rescuing A9 from his private prison, the

Federation Council has ordered the three ships in mopping up

the socially unacceptable employees of Antares. Two makeshift

brigs were set up on Manticore and Babylon and all employees of

Antares were stunned and transported up. The Federation

Council will decide who gets permanently detained and who "gets

a lovely parting gift."
