Earth's weather control system was sabotaged by terrorists (Keep

Earth Natural). Getting into the weather control center on Titan,

a booby trap was detonated, destroying the control center and

a person with the Admiral's uniform, exo suit and DNA. Command

of the ship has been given to Sovak and Matt McFly. Manticore

tried to control all of the weather satellites until a new station came

online, but the strain was on the verge of destroying the ship. Some

of the satellites have been disconnected from the main control

system and the ship is back from the brink (and some of Earth's

weather is turning dangerous again)
