STSF_BluRox -> USS Republic Mission Briefing 51404.07 - Season 22 The Republic is approaching the Sol System with the intent to dock at McKinnley Station, file reports with Star Fleet, and give the crew a short leave after their last mission before embarking on the next assignment.

August Jax Robinson -> Leave?!

ACTION: The Republic is approaching the Sol System....

 

Dr Tisa Sen -> ::On the station, waiting arrival of the Republic::

Capt Rian Kwai -> ((Jax, you know you have to have a chaperone))

Ayumu Kasuga -> ::on final approach to the Sol System as indicated dropping us out of warp if we haven't already::

LtCmdrRobinson -> ((I'll chaperone her!))

Ayumu Kasuga -> Should I get docking clearance now?

August Jax Robinson -> ::Clearing her desk of last minute paper work::

Capt Rian Kwai -> Well, it's better to get clearance now instead of when we try to pull, don't you think?

Ayumu Kasuga -> I suppose so. + McKinnley + Republic to McKinnley Station, requesting docking clearance, over?

Dr Tisa Sen -> ::Sees on the signs that they are due soon, decides to go get some food::

Capt Rian Kwai -> ::just shakes head::

Heather Jamieson -> :: On the bridge ::

Ayumu Kasuga -> ::gets a confirmation from the station:: We have our clearance to dock.

STSF_BluRox -> ::exits Ready Room onto Bridge and looks at the main viewer::

Heather Jamieson -> :: Sees the Admiral ::

STSF_BluRox -> I hope you remembered to get docking clearance this time Ms Kasuga

Dr Tisa Sen -> ::Orders up a dinner and watches out the view window::

Ayumu Kasuga -> Yes I did.

LtCmdrRobinson -> ::Thinks the whole ship needs a vacation from the vacations::

Ayumu Kasuga -> + McKinnley + Republic on final approach.

STSF_BluRox -> Good, they hate when you run into their toys

Ayumu Kasuga -> Hmm, so noted. We're up next. Beginning docking procedures.

Dr Tisa Sen -> ::Sips on her tea::

Ayumu Kasuga -> ::lets the station ops take them in automatically::

Capt Rian Kwai -> If they like you, you mean. If they like you, you'll get next berth. If you don't, we'll be stuck out here until next quarter.

STSF_BluRox -> ::takes a seat:: Rian, I have to report to HQ to .... explain my actions on the last mission. Can you see to releasing the crew for leave, and granting permission for station repair and refurbishing crews access to the ship?

Capt Rian Kwai -> How long is leave?

LtCmdrRobinson -> +August+ Great, I'll hook up with you as soon as arrangements are done for docking.

STSF_BluRox -> Depends how long they decide to interro......need to debrief me that is. We'll say at least a week....

Ayumu Kasuga -> ::monitors docking procedures as the ship backs into its berth::

STSF_BluRox -> You are also to take leave.....oh, and I've had word that Dr Tisa will be rejoining us

Dr Tisa Sen -> ::Looks over and sees the Republic approaching.:: About time.

 

Ayumu Kasuga -> ::backs the ship in as the umbilical’s and boarding platforms extend to the ship:: Docking sequence completed.

Capt Rian Kwai -> That's good. Someone's got to keep watch over this motely bunch

August Jax Robinson -> ::Enters their quarters::

LtCmdrRobinson -> ::makes sure security will be set in place for all the people coming and going from the ship::

Heather Jamieson -> :: Makes final checks on her science station. Sets up any database backups to the station ::

STSF_BluRox -> Make sure umbilical’s are locked and power the ship to station keeping

Christina_Nickles -> (( Sorry was watching the game and forgot to look at the clock)))

Ayumu Kasuga -> ::checks ramps and umbilical’s:: Loading crews are ready and standing by to on and off load cargo and supplies as needed. Also, umbilical’s are fully extended and locked.

Dr Tisa Sen -> ::Gets up and starts to head to the ship with her bag::

Ayumu Kasuga -> ::Switching to station keeping::

Capt Rian Kwai -> Because we don't want to drift off into space.

Ayumu Kasuga -> That would be bad.

LtCmdrRobinson -> ::works out the shore leave rotations for his security teams::

Capt Rian Kwai -> Open a channel to the department heads when you finish with docking Kasuga.

Ayumu Kasuga -> Yes sir..

Dr Tisa Sen -> ::comes up on the docking ring::

STSF_BluRox -> Yes, floating out into space would be bad...

Dr Tisa Sen -> ::looks to the duty officer:: Permission to come aboard?

STSF_BluRox -> (probably should have skipped that game Nickles)

Christina_Nickles -> ((Ya ya I know but I had hopes Congrats to UConn))

Ayumu Kasuga -> ::a few double checks to make sure we're fully docked and secured and won't go floating off into space:: OK. We're secured. Ship is now in station keeping mode.

Dr Tisa Sen -> ::gets permission to come on board::

Ayumu Kasuga -> +Dep't Heads+ Attention, we have now docked at McKinnley and any requests for supplies should be forwarded to me ASAP

STSF_BluRox -> Very good. I will see you all in a few days. Hopefully I'll not spend the entire time at Headquarters..

LtCmdrRobinson -> Nickles. ::nods:: Not for you, enjoy the time off. I have the teams scheduled to rotate shifts, we are covered pretty well.

Capt Rian Kwai -> Aye, she should be back.

LtCmdrRobinson -> Just don’t go too far, our crew has a habit of causing problems during leave. I don’t know if you've noticed. ::smirks::

Christina_Nickles -> Yes sir Thank you Sir.

Capt Rian Kwai -> ::waiting for Kasuga to open that channel for her::

Ayumu Kasuga -> ::opens channel:: Channel is open

Christina_Nickles -> :: turns and head for her quarters to start to make plans::

Dr Tisa Sen -> ::Enters the ship and moves in, trying to decide whether to go to her quarters or sickbay.

STSF_BluRox -> Rian....I think I will take my own ship down...save the wait for transport everywhere i need to go

 

Capt Rian Kwai -> +Dept Heads+ Congratulations, we've made it back to McKinnely station. We'll be granting the crew a week shoreleave at this time while the ship under goes some upgrades. Please turn in supply requisition forms prior to departing.

Dr Tisa Sen -> ::Wonders if it still in one piece::

Capt Rian Kwai -> If you get kidnapped again, I'm not going to be looking for you.

LtCmdrRobinson -> ::forwards the usual supply requests up to the bridge and signs off his terminal:: +August+ I'll be in our quarters in a few minutes

STSF_BluRox -> :: As Tisa approaches Medical, there is a paper tape across the door which reads " Sanitized for your protection"

Dr Tisa Sen -> ::Rips the paper down as she enters in, hearing crickets in the corners::

STSF_BluRox -> (Yea...we've got a doctor back....no more having to depend on Will to kiss it and make the boo boo all better)

Dr Tisa Sen -> ::Enters her office and sits down, sees the pile of padds on her desk::

STSF_BluRox -> +Holly+ transfer my reports to my ship's computers and padd so I can take them to my meeting. I'm just going to run by medical quickly and grab a pack of that tea for my headaches to take with me, have my ship powered up and ready to go

LtCmdrRobinson -> If I cant bring a bag full of weapons, then you cant bring all this stuff.
