STSF_BluRox -> USS REPUBLIC MISSION BRIEFING 051403.24 - Season 22 -- The Republic is working on finalizing the repair of the orbital platforms, and hopes to shortly be on their way once the area is safely hidden from the causual observation of those passing by.

Heather Jamieson -> +Kasuga+ Repairs are steady, but slow. What I can't repair I am replacing through replication. Thankfully is a good deal like fixing a Federation probe.

Capt Rian Kwai -> What's the useful life on this thing once it's fixed?

STSF_BluRox -> Robinson Twin> ::not admitting which one he is:: It's Mommy's!! She's always telling us to stop pulling her hair when she picks us up and we try to hold on around her neck....so when she was sleeping, I gave her a haircut to help her out.... ::grins::

Heather Jamieson -> They don't replicate new ones, but there is a great deal of coverage overlap

STSF_BluRox -> Thank you Ayumu.....tell him not to rush. By the way, can you please check to see if we have any more of those navigational buoys that we used when we encountered those subspace rifts, the ones we used to mark the dangerous areas so everyone would stay out?

Capt Rian Kwai -> I think they have the ability. However, just how closely they're watching the array is unknown. They seem to prefer leaving underground.

ACTION: Meanwhile, Jax is only getting 'bedhead on half her head, as a large patch on the right behind the ear and down part of her back is missing::

Heather Jamieson -> Well, I've added some routines into their network that should handle problems more effectively

Capt Rian Kwai -> I doubt you'll encounter much old Klingon engineering beyond this.

Ayumu Kasuga -> Klingon Engineering> ::hit it with a hammer till it starts working again::

STSF_BluRox -> Ayumu....I want you to work with Nickles when she arrives, and set those buoys up with a warning message to stay clear of this area due to subspace distortions, that it's a "Navigational Hazard". Then I want you to determine an effective perimeter to spread those around in a ring further out than their cloaking platforms. I want a large enough perimeter so nobody strays in close enough to find those platforms

STSF_BluRox -> :: sees Nickles:: Christina, please work with Ayumu in setting up some Navigational Hazard Buoys in the area. Ayumu will explain to you what I want done.

Heather Jamieson -> :: Goes over to clean out the contacts on the Klingon device ::

STSF_BluRox -> We need to protect the wishes of this world as per the Prime Directive, and as many times as we've blown that, I intend that we get it right this time..., that will be all

Heather Jamieson -> I am no one's butter cup and the pace does not need picked up.

LtCmdrRobinson -> Seems like it to me. Sounds like it'll take at least 10 hypos to get them to behave.

Ayumu Kasuga -> Right, so we're going to set up warning buoys to keep clear of this areas. We are to determine the most effective perimeters to spread these buoys. It'll need to be large and effective enough so that nobody ever crosses them.

 

ACTION> Twin bites Will, Other Twin Bites Will....both Kick Will......with well-aimed shots (they've paid attention to dad's self-defense courses) and ensuring he makes no more kids...scurry away past the Nanny

Ayumu Kasuga -> That is a good start yes. As a full a pattern as we can spread.

Heather Jamieson -> :: Moves, with the relay, over to the Klingon.. sphere device probe platform.

Christina_Nickles -> What message are we putting on the buoy?

STSF_BluRox -> You can use the same one that we used for that area that's not far from here that had the Subspace Rifts...

 

Heather Jamieson -> :: Once she is sure the relay is in place, she goes to restore power ::

Ayumu Kasuga -> I still have that in the databanks.

STSF_BluRox -> it would be believable that this was just another patch related to that incident

LtCmdrRobinson -> Well we won’t be doing anything else for at least an hour after that last hit I took
