STSF_BluRox -> USS Republic Mission Briefing 51403.10 - Season 22 The Away Team has finished their meal and negotiations and are preparing to head back to the landing site and back to the ship to see what can be done to assist the Gorn in repairing their orbital cloaking platforms. Nickles and Ayumu had been sent back to the landing site to prevent any other Republic crew from accidently falling into the pitfalls of the forward caverns....

STSF_BluRox -> Will, can you let your team at the shuttle know not to shoot our hosts. They've agreed to impart us with parting gifts of fresh fruits and herbs for the ship's stores. I do say, the thought of more of these fine vegetables....is well in mind

STSF_BluRox -> They will be brining several crates to the landing site. They mean no harm to our crew....

LtCmdrRobinson -> ::nods and taps commbadge:: Ensign, you've got a group of native Gorn heading your way with items for the ship. Please make sure nothing happens to them or the items.

Heather Jamieson -> Kasuga, is everyone alright?

Heather Jamieson -> I have been monitoring the satellite system orbiting the planet. Quite extensive and rather old.

 

STSF_BluRox -> I'll be fine Will....just getting a list of a few things that they could use to repair some of this old machinery. I thought we could at least do that for them since we invaded their home. Please contact Rian and let her know we'll be sending up a short list to Ops to see if filled and sent back down to the landing site in the crates that they are sending the foodstuffs to us in.

Capt Rian Kwai -> ((Christina caught up with her last sim. What I'm not sure of is if Christina and Heather are on the same tram))

STSF_BluRox -> (reminder for groups: Ayumu/Nickles...went back on tram to prevent others coming down from falling in hole, Heather, landing team held you up at mouth of cave, Jax/Will on way back out of cave on tram, Blu following them out on Tram. Heather was never on the tram, Christina and Ayumu were at dinner at capitol and then went back on the tram, there, all set now :) )

Ayumu Kasuga -> I'm sure we or the Gorns will secure the area after we leave

STSF_BluRox -> +Will+ Our guest...have a small favor to ask...once we get the ship airborne, there is an area that they wish to terraform, but there is a large section of rock wall that has been too big for them to blast with their limited supplies. They have requests, if you think you have enough fire power, if you could take down a large rock shelf by the lake approximately 60 km from the landing site. It will help divert the river and allow them to plant more crops.

LtCmdrRobinson -> +Blu+ I think something can be arranged, I'll look into it.

STSF_BluRox -> +Will+ Excellent...I knew I could assure them that when it came to firepower, you were our man...... +Jax+ Do you have everyone back to the shuttle yet?

LtCmdrRobinson -> August, if I were the Gorn and I didn’t want a ship of Starfleet folks to tell anyone where I was, then it would be hilariously easy to pack these crates with explosives and then goodbye Republic. So check. them.

Zolgoss> :: politely declines, but is looking forward to the supplies that will be coming down::

STSF_BluRox -> ::shakes hands with the Gorn and enters the ship:: Ok...:: hands Ayumu the list of supplies: Please call these up to the ship to prepare to beam down to the landing site.

Ayumu Kasuga -> ::Nods:: Yes sir..

STSF_BluRox -> Will....let's get on that terraforming rock project please......

Heather Jamieson -> :: Checks that her readings were saved ::

Christina_Nickles -> :: completes scanning the crate and looks inside::

Ayumu Kasuga -> ::sends up the list of supplies to the : +Republic+ Please prepare to beam these list of supplies to the landing sire.

Christina_Nickles -> ::looks to Blu as she enters:: Admiral? Look a crate of that fruit you are so fond of.

STSF_BluRox -> Heather...when we get back to the ship, you will work with Engineering to repair those orbital platforms and to replace any that need to be to preserve their net. We entered their space, and we will protect their First Contact rights...they are their own world and do not wish further contact at this time.
