The battle of the ships.

Well in STSF there are 7 ships including a space station. These ships have never battled or simmed together. For the first time(I think)you'll be able to vote on what you think is the toughest vote in STSF.

 

Being a member of the Manticore I think you can figure out what I'm going to vote for.

 

If your wondering why I didnt put Sky Harbor Aegis up as a choice is because I dont know if that is battle fit or not.

Actually, the different ships have had joint sims/plots in the past. It was before moving to this forum, however.  There was one time where the QoB-Lakota fought the Talon.  No joint activities are currently being planned but the idea hasn't been ruled out either.

 

That having been said, the IKC QoB-Lakota could kick all of your butts!  We have a Vorcha class superstructure, and the best combination of Galaxy and Vorcha class technology, including a cloak - and unlike the Manticore we don't have to pretend we don't have it.  We have a ship full of warriors (including our medical staff) that hunts for their own food rather than use those wimpy replicators.  We've also been blown up twice this last year, and we're still here, so apparently we're immune to explosions.  We also have an extra GM, a Precip, and a Garnoopy!

Even though I am on three different ships, I voted for the Arcadia. Ahh the mighty Soverign-Class vessel, the Mercedes-Benz of Star Fleet and STSF!   :D  ::hides behind a table from his crew mates and COs of the Hood and Republic::

Edit: Besides that, we have a Moose, a Goddess, a Garnoopy, and Marines for our security -- don't know if that's a good thing or not but hey? Can I get an Oorah?! Huh? Come on? Oorah! But, I like all my ships and crew equally. Each has a distinctive sytle and funness? (is that even a word?) ;)

Tino, you messed up.  SERIOUSLY.  Even if the Aegis isnt a battle station or what ever, thats no reason not to include it.  ITS EXCLUDING PEOPLE FROM THIS THREAD.  I sim on the Aegis, and just because it isnt a shoot'em up sim like some others its still a good sim.

 

So, you know what, next time do it right!  ;)

Aegis couldn't shoot a piece of debris and expect to hit it. ;) Hey, it's a peacekeeping station. We don't need weapons; we have Drankum. Heh.

... which is exactly why you should vote for the IKC QoB-Lakota!  Garnoopy and I have been on that ship at the same time for a lot longer than on the Reaent.

 

I mean a ship has to be pretty tough to survive Garnoopy as a Doctor and Dumbass as a Chief Engineer.

You're most certainly correct Images.  Aegis could wipe out all seven vessels before she was seriously damaged.  :D She is, after all, a space station.  You think that a station formerly above Cardassia Prime wouldn't have that good of an arsenal? Well...think again.  :;):

The aegis is supposed to be one of the main bases of federation operations in the cardassian system so logically it could still prevail in battle without having to violate human rights laws by sending me over to their ships for a chat, :)

Actually, Aegis has moved to different places from time to time (just not on it's own power). With help from a real tug, we could defeat all of the other ships. ;)
