Capt Rian Kwai -> I'm going to reuse last week's MB just because...

Capt Rian Kwai -> The Republic has encountered a derelict ship and upon the away team searching it, found no signs of life, and a fine white powder scattered around the ship, along with dust that seems to have accumulated for ages. Back on the Republic the ship has taken damage and has both shield and hull compromises occurring along several decks and one nacelle. Meanwhile, Will and Tisa have confined the unclothed man that had been found in Will's quarters in Sickbay. Until the engineers get things under control, Blu has asked Tory to assist them by helping them monitor the hull and shield failures.

LtCmdrRobinson -> He was in our quarters with the other children, so I’m not sure why it only affected him. Maybe the rest of us it just isn’t as bad as him.

Ayumu Kasuga -> Shields and forcefields are holding, and we have repair teams working as best they can. We are also on course to our destination.

LtCmdrRobinson -> Good, I want security teams to begin a manual head count and get me a list of the missing. Also ask every crewman what the stardate is, I want to see if anyone else is out of place.

LtCmdrRobinson -> I would say aging, but it looks like he only aged once so far, not continuously.

LtCmdrRobinson -> He can’t be time displaced or he would speak like an adult, not a 4 year old still.

Tory Knight -> ::furrowing her brow as she begins working the structures to find ways to stabilize them and reverse the effects::

Tory Knight -> Computer, what was the experience of the Rogers when encountering the anomalies?

Tory Knight -> Computer> ::thweeeeep:: The anomalies were encountered as the USS Rogers crossed the dilithium fields in sector (number). Theories of chief science officer Daniel Ryoken suggested that either dilithium decay or an unreported explosion might be root cause.

Tory Knight -> Well, *that's* consistent. ::muttered:: Computer, did Commander Ryoken offer any solution?

LtCmdrRobinson -> We should head to the bridge and coordinate from there. We need to keep the ship from exploding.

Capt Rian Kwai -> Kasgua, can you get a status report from the engineering group. I'm getting a touch nervous about this.

Tory Knight -> Computer> Commander Ryoken detonated an auxiliary warp core from the USS Rogers. The resulting explosion stabilized the matter-antimatter interaction and halted further deterioration.

Capt Rian Kwai -> ::glances back to Robinson:: As far as I know, we haven't lost any more of the ship. But we're in a holding pattern until we get the okay from engineering to proceed with caution.
