The Manticore is in the Serengeti sector dealing with a nano

technology swarm. After reprogramming some of our own

nanites and introduce them into the swarm, they stopped

following Manticore and started to build a too-small Dyson's

sphere around a nearby red dwarf star. Their programming

seems to have the directive of human interaction and habitation,

although some overlaying commands made them go crazy at first.

We decided to use an asteroid with a Trilithium package on it to

destroy the star. The resulting shock wave should destroy all of

the nanites. We warped away to avoid the shockwave ourself

and are just getting ready to survey the outcome.
