Im confused

I used to ahve no problem getting into ST.com. Now (at least for the last2-3 days, I have either gotten messages like "I don't have permission for that site" or "cannot find server".

If I find the direct link for the chat rooms then Im ok, but that is a lot of work for me since I need to search through my internet history.

Any ideas on what's wrong?

Make sure you are signing in FIRST (not clicking on the link to sign in).

Then, once you click "Sign In" and do so, proceed to the "Chat" section of the website. Then, try to access the chat rooms.

I've been having a little bit of trouble, also... but this works for me.

Hope that helps!

Paramount is still having troubles with their servers and they are continuing to battle with them.  Tonight, it took me 15 minutes to get into the Holodeck and 10 of it, I couldn't even get http://www.startrek.com to open for me.

All I can suggest is to keep banging against it and start 5-10 minutes early.  Once I have a better update, I'll pass the word along.  Thank you.

Be assured that we have contacted Paramount about the problem.  They are aware, and are working on it.  I know it's a cliche' answer, but I wanted to assure you that our cries are not being ignored.

You know A9 i think comming in 10 minutes up early really pays, 5 minutes is too short and lots of unwanted material can happen. I mean it did took you 15 minutes ehhh?

may i suggest something?

When the modem goes beserk, and you have to disconnect, CLOSE ALL BROWSER WINDOWS BEFORE YOU RECONNECT! Otherwise the website will think you are still on at another computer and not on the computer that you're working with. Follow these good rules and you'll have no problem getting back on to simming.
