The Court Marshal of Ensign Mogg went without incident. No more then a few shady glances between some members of the crew there was little to take into notice. Ensign Mogg seemed to be a little unaware that he was in a court marshal and may need some further examination by one of the ships medical staff but I am not a Counsellor I have no experience in that field and since I do not know the Ensign I can presume that it is normal behaviour on his part. My colleague Andrews seemed to take his duty seriously and watched the Ensign very closely.

 

Lt. Moun I thought did an excellent job at defence and Commander Ayers as well did an excellent job. Since there was no incident at the hearing I shall end my report here.
