Dear Tona,

 

I am sorry for not contacting you earlier but I have been busy as you already know. I hope you and Lea are getting on long fine on Bajor I do feel guilty leaving you two alone there and you so young with such great responsibilities to take care of. I would have brought you to the station but I did not feel it appropriate to bring you into Cardassian space with our history with the Cardassian people.      

 

I will soon send you both presents and maybe have you both come for a short visit in a few months which I would love to see you both and especially Lea who I know was sprouting like a weed last time I saw him and by the time I get to see him in person next I’m sure he’ll have matured some more. I hope you are sure to keep him from those bad groups who only spoil the teenage mind.

 

Now just some last words before I end this letter I shall be contacting you soon to speak in person and catch up on some things. I know exactly what you are thinking now too he’s only been gone for 4 days and acting like a month and I know I am but I miss you both greatly and love you both I hope to speak to you soon but till then I must sadly say good bye.
