Mission Briefing: Will’s away team has been rescued, as have the Haigen and Gothik crew members that survived their ships crashing upon that planet. Science has been checking into the strange readings coming from the star Thaddius, and have determined that it is a slow pulse pulsar, emitting a pulse only once approximately every 6 months. However, it is believed that this is the cause of the EMP which has effected the planets and local space. Readings indicate that the next pulse is due to occur within hours, and we are not sure we have time to try to extricate the August’s team from the planet Stalagg. Hopefully, if we determine that it is unsafe to try, and expose the entire ship full of people to possibly crashing to their deaths on the planets below, then we will have to rationalize that we must leave the system, and hope those on the planet will be able to find some sort of shelter of protection to see them through.
