A Bruised Doctor's Thoughts

As Mimi sat down in the office chair to update those who had come in with minor injures, all she could think was, “How much of pain this was,” figuratively and literally. After all, when the ship got hit, Mimi flew into a console which caused her to have some bruised muscles and a couple of cracked ribs.

 

After finishing the updates, she closed her eyes and went back to the first day on the NX, when she heard a couple medtechs discussing how much trouble could go wrong during the shakedown cruise. Mimi wanted to tell them, 'anything and everything,' but she was busy trying to make sure that sickbay was in working order.

 

Now, Mimi's focus was on what she wanted after this whole incident with the Breen is done... a shower, something to eat, some sleep, and her man.
