What are your non-STSF hobbies?

I'll start off. I think my biggest hobby is working on my jeep. Though its terribly hot right now! In fact I pay $50 a month just so I can have a garage to work on my jeep in! I also love to cook. I enjoy watching Friends and Simpsons. I'm an Aries. I also like to surprise my girlfriend and make her smile...now thats a good hobby, yes?

 

I do love web stuff, too. And often when I'm bored I'll work on websites or write stories. Oh, and I like to draw.

hmmmmm my non STSF hobbies I enjoy to contemplat the universe and it's many attributes, studing and inventing some of my own philoshpy, reading, debating several topics with my friends, and learning science and studing politics. :) the average 16 year old for you :)

Well lets see non stsf hobbies.... I write alot, I fence, I play evrey sport, I read books in the orignel greek, I play chess, I eat somtimes and I watch star trek.

Oh yes Vex, a worthy hobby! I too enjoy suprising my girlfriend and making her smile.  

 

Grom's other hobbies? There are so many things I like to do.  I'm a sports guy, so I love playing and watching sports. (Baseball especially) Music is a huge part of my life.  I like to listen and write my own music.  I am deeply involved in my church where I serve as church drummer and a worship leader.  I love computer gaming (CS, AOEII), shoot archery occasionally, wander around DC frequently, pull pranks on others, make jokes, look stupid...the list goes on. :)

::grabs the mic out of the air::  I'm a sports fan as well Grom, a Minnesotan that loves the Packers, an outcast in my own state.  I love to write all types of stories, be they orignal novels or short stories or all types of Fanfics.  I also dabble in painting, althougth I believe that my true strength falls on my writing ablities.

 

I love all things science, thats why I play a scientist on the Reaent!   :)  Im a big fan of Archelogy, and of Astronomy and plan to make one of the two my carrer paths.  Im very social in nature, and am lead to believe that Im quite popular with the ladies.  I participate on the highschool debate team, as well as the knowledge bowl team, Im only 15 so I have issues getting any where with out my parents, which sucks...

 

Err...Anything else?.....Yea, In just about two months will be my one year anniversary of being part of the great STSF experience!

Well, my hobbies, mostly include flying. Well, due to the fact my job is flying, I always am. And when I am not flying, you can see me on the ground, teaching people to fly, and, if I am not teaching, you can see me playing on the PC, or Xbox.

 

And like most of the othr people, I to enjoy watching, and playing sports.

Let's see... hobbies.   Writing stories or poetry is the biggie.  I rarely go anywhere without paper and pen just in case inspiration strikes.   Music, listening to but especially performing -- I'm a singer and I've just started learning guitar (acoustic) and I have to take basic piano proficiancy to finish my minor, if I can ever unlearn my self-taught bad habits.   :D   I dabble in various art forms -- sketching mainly, painting occasionally, ceramics when I have the facilities available.  Dancing, modern (as in the style, not the time) and historical (renaissance).   Textile arts of many kinds.  Calligraphy.  Now that's fun.  Pretty 'pictures' made with no drawing talent required.   :D   Cooking.  Fencing.  Computer games.  Designing web pages I'll never put up because there's no actual content.  ::D:  And then the less-formalized ones... chatting in the campus coffee house, hanging out with my friends, watching movies, reading, engaging in general insanity with my suitemates...   huh?  What do you mean I forgot something? Oh, yeah -- STSF.   ::):

I'm actually quite active in my local church. Also someone who you could call a political junkie. I'm a full out techie as far as employment and the like. And I suppose it's a hobby...I do work with the local Boy Scout Troop I made Eagle with years ago. Enjoy reading, mostly fiction, and I'm an avid history buff.

Gee.. can anyone guess my main hobby? I raise and show Foundation Quarter Horses (no cracks about where the rest of the horse is!).

I am also an avid reader, no particular genre, I read just about anything. My major in college was history, specifically mideveal European history. My minor was English, so I am into literature, Chaucer being a big fave.

I have also been known to write the occassional short story, and one day I will write the great American novel. :)

I also enjoy watching movies, posting to message boards, and playing with my son.

Am I on?  My non-STSF hobbies include: Cars,the engine and it's properties are alien to me (Like most of you, probably), but I took class in autobody and I enjoyed doing that.. I also enjoy going out to movies as well, but I think the hobbies I'm most obssessed in are colecting die cast and model cars and planes and purchasing animes (Japanese made cartoons) for DVD and VHS. Quite expensive hobbies, but worth the money and time IMO.

Wow, I didn't know you debated.  I was Captain of my HS Debate team and was 1st runner-up in our State Championships.

 

(Of course those aren't major accomplishments.  Our debate team only had 5 people and the state was Nebraska.)

My hobbies.. well, they include all things creative. I enjoy all kinds of art. Sketching, painting, collages .. anything. I like to decorate. I enjoy photography. I make coasters. Music is a huge thing.. I'm addicted to karaoke, and I go every single week. I love to sing .. I write songs and I am teaching myself guitar.

 

I love making websites. Live action roleplaying (D&D) and playing Magic. I enjoy parenting and spending time with my son .. and reading! :)
