Mogg couldn’t help but smirk at the letter.  “So they are going to court martial me…To bad I can’t tell Kroells about this, he’d have a hoot…Knowing I’m the first one to go down.”  He knew that he’d owe Kroells ten bars of latinum, for being the first of the two to be court martialed, then again there’s not much he could be court martialed over, He was posted on the USS Reaent, one of those old Ambassador clunkers if he was right.  Being out in the Beta quadrant sure doesn’t bring much to get in trouble for…

He had received the letter a day ago, and already was scheming…for the perfect person to defend him…None other then Muon Quark…  They might not be on the best of terms at the moment, but once they play the audio recording of the conversation, which they would…the station can monitor all conversations on the CT, and in fact most of the station unless overridden by a proper pass code etc…Who better to defend a Ferengi then a Ferengi?  Especially after the things he said, it screamed sympathy.

Mogg knew this was a bad situation, yes he had ignored the orders of a superior, and at the same time, delayed functions of the station by rerouting the sensor data to the other side of the CT, but it was worth it….Just to see him half to get up and walk across the room.

He knew he could probably be demoted for his actions on the CT, but at least he could also drag Gabrals name through the mud.  He knew how it would look, at least Mogg had, had no wrong doing in the beginning, he had walked up to Zog and wondered if he could help him, he was at his station after all, no harm there?

Mogg could remember the next part like a burning dagger in his soul, he had looked over Gabral’s shoulder, to what he was looking at…the new location of the Sky Harbor would over look the Hutet labor camp, funny that a joint decision by Starfleet and the Cardassian union, would choose such a place…

None less, what Gabral said about the labor camp, couldn’t be taken back, and had not both the Captain, and the Commander been there, he probably would have tackled him right there.  But it had been a stress full week to say the least, and despite his current fuming fit, Mogg did need sleep.

He slowly laid down and tried to rest, thinking of good times of the past, back at the academy, when he and Travis ruled the campus grounds, after Kayla and O’Connor…Either way Mogg wished he was here, he’d make a damn good attorney and could probably bail him out.  So one thing was certain, Mogg was going down, and hard…so he had to figure, why not take Zog Gabral with him?
