no because when the sponge absorbs the water it also expends in mass leaving the water level exactly the same and it also have the water inside its self  :D

A sponge can be dry and it shrinks which means it would still have volume..that would also mean that by removing spomges you are removing volume thereby lowering water level.  Right???

Hey all the sims are great...But Reaent has 10 humans, 1 half Human/half Klingon, a Hermekian, a Vulcan, a Zemun and a Trill and a cat, a dog, and a cage of tribbles in sickbay. (That hasn't been mentioned during a sim since before Garnoopy vacated the Enterprise.)
