Request for Resignation.

 

I Commander Kania C Kawalas Ace, Here by request my resignation from the USS Republic E 1371 and Star Fleet as of this date. Reason for this request, Since the time I spent with My daughter on the shuttle mission to find help for the Republic D, I noticed that I have not spent enough time with her. I have missed her growing up so to say. I find that she will go to her Nanny before coming to me. For this reason I am placing this resignation request and hope you will grant it. I Will miss the Republic and everyone on her. This has been my family for 11 years now. This crew will forever remain in my heart and memories.

STSF_BluRox -> Types:: Commander Kania Kawalas Ace is hereby granted back family leave equaling approximately 2.4 solar Earth years, in which time she may take it straight through to spend time with her daughter, and following which, she will be assigned to my personal staff back on Earth until she finds another post of her liking. Pay grade remains current. Housing per diems grade 2.

 

 

Kania had slipped away from the party and transported back to Earth station to meet up with her Daughter and Sitter. Jenna had agreed to remain with her as her sitter since her family was on Earth. Kania was at a Realtor office, in the process of looking for a place to stay when a security officer approached her and stood behind her.

 

"Commander Kania Kawalas Ace?" The officer says while holding a padd in his hand and an extremely serious look on his face.

 

"I was Commander Ace, but I have resigned my commission as of star date 101220.10. What can I do for you?" Kania replies standing to meet the officer.

 

"Sir Your request has been denied. These are your new orders per Admiral Errrika BluRox of the USS Republic E." The officer holds out the padd to Kania.

 

"She did what? She DENIED MY resignation? What the hell!? Wait until I get a hold of her." Kania takes the padd and reads over the orders. As she reads, she sees the family leave duration that she had occurred that she was not aware of. Then she saw the orders to where she was to report as one of BluRox's personal staff here on Earth, until she found a desirable post. This all calmed her slightly but she was still upset at the Admiral for the Denial. She looked up to the Officer once more. "It says that my housing is to be grade 2 during my leave, I suppose you are to take me there as well?"

 

"Yes Ma'am, You will be in the Family housing section with plenty of room for you and your daughter. I am available to take you there if you wish."

 

"I bet you are. Fine at least that saves me for continuing to look for a place. Let's locate my daughter and her sitter and we can be on our way." She then thinks to herself as she walks, 'Darn it Blu, You always have to make things difficult. I do not think you ever regained your trust in me completely from the time the Changelings captured and replaced me, and then the incident with the Prophets leading me to the missing Orb, and the time I disobeyed orders from you as well as an Admiral from HQ, and all of the demotions. When I think you have had enough of me, you go and deny my resignation. I don't think I will ever understand.'

 

The officer and Kania meet up with Jenna and Schawana who were browsing the shopping area at the station. "Let's go ladies we have quarters awaiting us." Kania motions for the officer to proceed as she and Jenna gather their bags.
