Season 19: USS Republic Mission Briefing 12.06.2010

 

The USS Republic, under orders to be towed back to the Utopia Planitia Shipyards by

the USS Excalibur has been left to it’s own devices, and is once again traveling towards the Sol system under impulse power. The USS Excalibur, stating it had received new urgent orders, disengaged its tractor and transferred the Republic personnel back to the damaged saucer section. Excalibur stated that the USS Jamestown was in the region and would be contacted to provide transport back for us, however; the Jamestown was already responding to another priority one distress signal and at such is unable to respond to Republic’s request for assistance. Starfleet Command is just now picking up Republic’s renewed request for assistance.
