08.29.11 to 09.26.11 Mission Update:

TAral and Kvar have been captured by Morohtar (Wesley's slave runner brother and all around jackazz). They are being held at The Maze.

Concerned for her lover, Kvar, Commander Wesley has her own plans of rescue for the two officers; she punched out Captain Calestorm and ‘borrowed’ a SAR shuttle in her ardor.

Tensions have risen among the blended SEAL/SPECOPS and Border Patrol Imperious crew regarding Wesley’s actions and possible compromise to our main objective of capturing Litasha.

Acting XO Commander JoNs in particular has made her opinion clear on the matter. But then again, she is a little Caitian furball. I typed that out loud...whoops…

Despite the inter-crew tension, shipboard (Granger, Belo, Silver) and ground surveillance teams have continued to gather Intel on the Black Kris cartel movements and their leader, Litasha. Meanwhile an Away Team (Jed Scarlett, Morgan) make landfall on Nova to investigate Wesley's abandoned shuttle. Nothing of merit is found.

Our tactical objective is ‘The Maze’, a Black Kris complex located on the colony planet of Nova AC where hapless ‘contestants’ participate in brutal sporting hunts. The complex is separated into five sections -- Arctic, Woodland, Urban, Plains, Jungle -- and offers nightclubs, shops and bars. Thanks to the early infiltration of rogue agent Wesley (Bond. Jane Bond) the arctic section is experiencing blackout issues.

Our undercover crew of the SS Imperious now prepares to infiltrate The Maze. The USS Comanche Creek is also standing by along the border, and will mobilize in system to coincide with our final move.

10.02.11: Congratulations to the USS Comanche Creek. Today marks the two year anniversary of the launch of the Sim!

10.03.11 Mission Update

The final phase of Operation: Whiteout has begun.

Will Black Kris cartel leader Litasha be captured? Will the power of the Orion faction be compromised in the sector? Will our officers be successful and rescue the hapless contestants of ‘The Maze’?

Undercover officers have established positions throughout the complex. The SS Imperious and the SS Hard Six (CPT Reed Mitros commanding) maintain orbital positions above Nova AC. The USS Comanche Creek has been contacted and is inbound to Nova, with RADM Coyote and COL Tigard onboard and leading the charge.

Rogue officer CDR Wesley infiltrates the urban section of the Maze, taking out guards and working her way to where LT Kvar and LT TAral are located. LT Haruno and LT Jed Scarlett move into positions elsewhere. AWOL ENS Shalin has been forcibly recovered from the planetary surface. Ragaar, Moa, and LT Belo monitor the situation from the bridge of the Imperious. CPT Calestorm has signaled the teams to move out, with CDR JoNs and ENS Honor-Scar covering the CO.

Time Between Sims is 15 minutes; we pick up with the action on 10.10.11.

10.10.11 to 11.14.11 Mission Update:

Our undercover teams move on The Maze in a final assault to break the power of the Black Kris Cartel in the Nova AC sector. Any prisoners held for the Maze blood games are freed. Our bridge officers monitor and guide the ground teams.

Litasha is not captured as planned, though her situation is not an ideal one. Mareena, mother to Litasha and former leader of the Black Kris, re-asserts her power in a surprise coup against her daughter. Per a 'shotgun agreement' with Calestorm (like I really had a choice...), Mareena is permitted to leave with her daughter; certain financial backers of the Black Kris are not thrilled with certain actions taken in the past by Litasha.

Admiral Shauna Coyote and Colonel Craig Tigard arrive on site with the USS Comanche Creek to render assistance along with local Nova authorities. Our AWOL XO is recovered, as are our missing officers.

We maintain orbit above the Nova AC colony planet while post-mission debriefings and disciplinary proceedings continue.

11.21.11 to 12.12.11

New Mission Start: Ninja.....In SPAAAAACE!

Just when you thought it was safe to warp into space...

During our assault on the Maze, the bridge officers observed the ground teams via security cameras w/in the complex. The connection went down and came back online.

A virus (of the Black Kris variety) was uploaded to the SS Imperious/USS Washington Crossing at this moment. It stayed in the data systems until loaded into Comanche Creek systems. With both ships compromised, the Ninja launched an attack against the two Starfleet ships. The program embedded within the normal day to day operation programs; it enables the Ninja to beam in and out of our defenses. 'Necklaces' worn by the Nin corresponded with the program and give off an EMP effect against the phasers.

Nova PD moves on a planetary ground location used by the Ninja to launch the attack. Meanwhile, Comanche Creek ENG and SCI personnel do some work to shore up our computer defenses/systems.

As of the 12.12.11 Sim, the latest attack by the Ninja faltered. The transporter signal appears to be weak, our computer and internal defense systems have reasserted, phaser weapons are effective against the invaders. With the crew fighting valiantly, we've overcome the odds and begin the process of cleaning up: We've taken casualties, and have prisoners to process.

According to the events of The Devil You Know, the assault was courtesy of the deposed Black Kris leader, Litasha. It would seem she continues to haunt us...

Time Between Sims: Fifty minutes total from the first attack to the last.

12.19.11 to 12.30.11

End of Season Finale: RNZ Task Force

Due to concerns over increased Romulan activity along the Neutral Zone, the Federation Starfleet mobilizes several Task Forces to patrol the outer sectors and assess any possible threats. Per orders from Adniral James Komack and SanFran Command Offices, the USS Comanche Creek is assigned to Task Force Alpha, with the USS Enterprise in flagship command.

Task Force Alpha:

USS Enterprise (Constitution Class)

USS Bozeman (Miranda Class)

USS Surya (Miranda Class)

USS Comanche Creek (Kelvin Class)

USS Little Robe Creek (Kelvin Class)

USS Plum Creek (Kelvin Class)

USS James Walking Bear (Deadalus Class)

SS Hard Six (Oberth Class)

While on patrol, the TF encounters a Romulan Bird of Prey lurking on the Federation side of the RNZ. Captain Kirk makes the decision to detach the USS Enterprise to chase down the Rihan vessel, leaving Captain Calestorm in command of the patrol ships. The ships remain on course, though long range sensors pick up strange spatial readings not immediately identifiable as naturally occurring or man-made.

While investigating what manifests as a lightning storm in space, the USS Comanche Creek is compromised and pulled into the rift, disappearing...

01.02.12

New Mission: Out of Time, Out of Options?

The Season Three opener has gone off with a bang, so to speak.

Our intrepid Border Patrol crew finds themselves catapulted forward in time from the year 2259 to the year 2387, where we encounter future-era Starfleet officers on a mission of mercy to save the Rihan home world from a catastrophic star explosion. Unfortunately, that same explosion caused a 'lightning storm in space' that nailed the Comanche Creek, the event crossing over time and space and eras.

In contact with Captain Chirakis and Commander Roberts, who are on board the space ship Revenge and the commanding staff of the Sky Harbor Aegis, Captain Calestorm finds out from the two future officers that Nero is alive and well and working as a miner in their century.

Nero, the renegade Romulan who traveled back in time to avenge the deaths of his wife and his people, the cause of the destruction and loss of Vulcan and its people, and murdered hundreds of Starfleet personnel at the Battle of Vulcan, and whose actions directly caused the implementation of the First Threat Response Program and the launch of the Comanche Creek, is alive in the year 2387?

Not only is the 'Creek crew lost in time, but it seems that they are lost across eras and timelines as well. Will they make it back to their correct timeline of 2259? Or are they forever lost to the ages?

SCI and ENG are ordered to run simulations on the probability of travel back through the still open rift. Medical deals with crew injuries while all Departments endeavor to repair damages from our version of 'Mister Toads Wild Ride'

Time Between Sims is 24 Hours

01.09.12 to 01.30.12

(Stardates 2259.365 to 2260.02)

The USS Comanche Creek has spent a total of 72 Hours in the year 2387. Certain events that we are aware of in our own timeline have not happened, suggesting we not only jumped eras but timelines as well. Where our Nero is responsible for millions of deaths, their Nero is alive (and not crazy, tyvm).

The crew stages an Honor Guard to welcome Aegis commander Captain Chirakis Kirel. An unauthorized transmission from the 2387 vessel Revenge informs Commander Wesley that she will die at Epsilon 9 space station. Meanwhile, Captain Calestorm engages in an off the record conversation with Commander MVess JoNs on family bloodlines. Chirakis and Cale exchange Challenge Coins, informing no one of the contraband in their possession.

Coaxing our damaged systems, department personnel (ENG, SCI, NAV & Helm) manage to jump us back through the Rift before it disappears. After a rough ride, we find ourselves on the Romulan side of the Neutral Zone (...oh, Joy...). After a pell mell ride for the border with Romulan Birds of Prey in pursuit, the USS Enterprise, SS Hard Six and USS Bozeman warp to the rescue of the formerly missing Comanche Creek, allowing the ship to escape across to the Federation side of the border.

Our homecoming is not as expected: Calestorm learns from Captain Reed Mitros that Starfleet Internal Affairs is now involved, investigating the events surrounding the Neutral Zone Task Force mission: CPT Kirk's altercation with a Romulan Bird of Prey, the disappearance of the USS Comanche Creek, and ADM Coyote's refusing orders to abandon a search for our crew.
