Heh. Not really, though I guess they might in Quebec. We had the traditional turkey, stuffing, gravy, roast beef, mashed potatoes, etc that you all know and love.. we even had apple pie for dessert. We're more American than you think, lol!

They're called "tourtiere" and we only have them (normally) on Christmas and New Year's Eve .
