MISSION BRIEFING: The Galaxy-class starship VICTORY is in orbit above the ringed Prime Directive world, Tostev III. The ship is there to extract several cultural observers due to a heightened sense of conflict on the planet. We have already entered orbit, hidden among the ring particles.
