USS Republic Summary

The USS Republic is heading away from the planet with the villagers still fighting. Even though Others on the ship believe we should have stayed to help those in trouble Rian made the decision to leave as the prime directive orders remain in effect.

 

Rian, still having a headache, went to Sickbay to get something from Dr Weber.

 

Admiral BluRox completed her talk with Random over why Cmdr Kwai left the villagers they way they were with no further intervention. As she was getting ready to leave little Gunner said something to the Admiral that was not appropriate. Will just walked past them not hearing the comment and went to his room to lie down. Random apologized to the Admiral and began punishment for the language.

 

In engineering Johnson continued with others on checking over things and making sure the ship was in good order. He found issues on the bridge and decided to go there himself to repair them before someone got injured.

 

The bridge crew and science worked together on their next destination. As they did they began picking up a signal of some type. It wasn't really a com signal but there was something out there. All of a sudden something came towards them and fast. It began scanning them with an orange beam of light. As the beam touched folks they felt a tingling feeling. The command was given to raise the shields. As the shields went up the tingling folks were feeling vanished.

 

The probe left as quickly as it came in. The USS Republic was unable to follow it. As the command staff was called to the bridge and reports being given a second bigger object approached the Republic. The shield were raised and attempts to hail were about to be made when the object seemed to scan the Republic with a Green scanning light. At that time the shields were taken down. The light changed to white and began scanning again. This time members of the USS Republic came up missing. Taken were Cmdr Kwai, Dr Weber, a few lower level crewman from Engineering as well as 2 upper level members. Augusts Child, Gunner, and Security officer Bardolhf.

 

The folks that where taken away find themselves in a white room with white bed bunks. All a sudden they were all taken to their knees with a loud screeching. All held their ears trying to protect them.

 

Meanwhile on the Ship, they were looking for answers to loads of questions.
