Question...HELP!

My account on the startrek chat rooms and holodeck rooms are messed up! It says that the username and password do not exist. It won't alow me to log in and when I try to get the password emailed to me, it says It can't because there is no such account email! I can't even make a new one with my email. If I make another account, can I somehow transfer my past STSF sim statistics onto my new one if I can make a new one?

As of 10:52pm ET, it seems most of the accounts are working once again. There may be some work still taking place, but will probably be finished soon. :D
