Good news:

 

4 pathologists at MD Anderson have said that my tumor is about as good as a tumor can be. So, besides an occasional MRI, my life should continue as normal. As of now, the slides are at John Hopkins - hopefully the results from there will be the same.

 

I thank you all for your prayers! I have had so many people have faith in me through all of this that I know it has helped.

 

Good luck to you all, and once again: Thanks.

Those folks at MD Anderson are good as they get.  That is an incredible place....believe me....I know. :-)

 

I'm so glad you went there and I'm even happier their news was so positive. Sounds to me like you're going to live long and prosper!   :)

For those of you who really want to know...

 

One year from surgery, and all is well. :D

 

Thank you all for your prayers. I've been doing MRIs every few months, and the internal scar is continuing to get smaller. I'm on 2.5 pills of Keppra twice a day, but other than that... I'm remaining pretty normal.

 

For me, life has (for the most part) returned to normal.

Hey Hyper, if all goes well, get your bottom back to the Aegis as quick as you can. I don't know what the station would be without ya. I know it's going to be tough, but you'll make it through.
