USS Comanche Creek NCC-214

The population of Vulcans in Starfleet would remain unchanged initially. Those would, in fact, be the Vulcans who survived: those and others involved in extra-planetary activities. Over time the percentage would deminish, depending on how highly Starfleet service would be viewed in relationship to building a new Vulcan society.

I am considering an alternate T'Aral: one without a convoluted past who majored in applied medicine rather than engineering. "Nurse T'Aral" ... I could get used to that.

Star Trek, no matter the timeline or era, is always going to have possibilities for a creative on line RP Player to work with.

An Alternate/New TOS Nurse? Nice one T'Aral! Looking forward to the Bio.

... is cringing with anticipation. The bio is written, and is ( I hope ) reasonably creative.

I'm sure you're in good company with the anticipation T'Aaral: I'm having to be peeled down from the ceiling panels every few days now.

That double TOS Era siggy looks pretty darn cool as well there Nurse...

We all are quivering in anticip...ation. Which reminds me, I need to keep grease on the ceiling panels. At least until launch date.

Hmm, getting close to mid-September and still no official announcement about taking applications. While I don't see Dory, it seems we are swimming in a school with some delay fish nonetheless.

:: heats oil, gets out the Old Bay :: Fish and chips, anyone?

Mine.

Perhaps the surfing turtle will show up and liven the delay up a bit.

The Shark Twelve Step Program anyone? Fish are our friends...

Ok Boys and Girls... After much delay and cost overruns, get your applications in to Personnel to join our new and exciting old-school adventures, based off of the newest movie in the franchise- Star Trek!

We sail into history on 25 September, 09, at 2100 hours Eastern Time (or 2115, for those working on Moose time)!

Drankum will probably sue you if your sim runs over Aegis' timeslot. ::ponders applying for the 2 Minute Warning Guy spot::

That deep-sixes my thought to request pushing back the start time an hour. Any chance of pushing back two hours, or is that too much to ask?

Getting my son to bed by 8' is going to be quite the challenge. Then again - it's Friday night. I might just let him stay up later playing Star Wars Legos. That'd keep him settled. :)

Release the Hounds!

Mark September 25 on your calendars and stop by the chat, as we will be running with an In Character cocktail party to commemorate the new ship and it's protection mission. All STSFers are welcome to stop by and mingle.

Apply to Personnel, hop on board our new adventure and grab an assignment posting! Available positions are shown in the Comanche Creek Primer under our Briefings and Logs.

To request a USS Comanche Creek Application, send an email to [email protected]

Let's rock out with some New TOS Old School and break out the Command Gold, Sciences Blue and Operations Red.

Buckle Up!

Well, if that's the case, we can always do the "Wormhole/Temporal Storm" joint sim...I'm sure Drankum wouldn't mind a ship full of customers.

Okay, no problem - I'll just sell off one of your shuttles to pay for the GM Council's table (just stand back when Sovak, the crazy Vulcan, starts to drink!)

We currently have the following open assignment spots for the SBP-214 Blacksheep Crew of the USS Comanche Creek.

Want to stand out from the flock? Want to be a Blacksheep of the Starfleet border patrol?

Want to get some simming experience with the New Old School Original Series as shown in the May 2009 Star Trek movie?

Do you like your uniform shirts in Classic Red, Blue and Gold?

....and you *know* you liked the flippy red to blue firing design and barrel extension of the silver handled phaser...

Then get those emails off to [email protected] for a Comanche Creek application:

Bridge Staff: Helmsman and Navigation

Science Department: Chief Science Officer/Assistant Science Officers

Engineering Department: Assistant Engineers

Security Department: Chief Security Officer and Assistant Security Officer

Medical Department: Assistant Medical Officers

Aerospace Group: Assistant Pilot/Electronic Countermeasures Officers

And, come to the September 25 Q&A Comanche Creek chat. If you have any questions about the new sim, this'll be the chat to ask them in.
