A bad feeling.

As Seiben mans his helm station, he hears a muffled transmission from a ship that is tailing the Republic.  Though he couldn't hear all of it, he did hear something about a violation of orders and something about a trial. Later on, when his shift is over Seiben pondered about that in his quarters.  Did somebody violate some rule? Did Seiben violate some rule, when during his away missions with BluRox or Kawalas? No, I was just the pilot, the JAGs can't convict me of following orders.  At least I hope so.  Seiben thinks.  I don't know if I can live with myself. Let alone, show my face to my family.  Seiben's family has been in Starfleet for generations his father is a capitan and his grandfather retired as an admiral. Even Hans' mother, Heidi is a Chief Medical Officer at the Mars Colony.  No Seiben has ever been court-martialed.  Nein! Seiben thinks.. I'm sure it's not me.  But, if it isn't me, then who is it?  The crew is family to me.  It would be terrible if any of them get court-martialed or demoted.  Because Seiben's family moved around alot, he never really had the chance to make friends as a child.  But in one short month on the Republic, he practically knows everyone on the ship.  Why all these secrets? Seiben thinks. What's going on here anyways?  I'll guess I'll never know.  Seiben changes into his pyjamas, gets into bed and shakes his head.  "May God have mercy on us all."
