The latest reports from science and engineering suggest that the asteroids investigated during the latest away mission is suitable for our needs (exact coordiantes and schematics can be found in the attachments). The mineral composition offers a natural shield from communications and only allows limited sensor penetration, which makes it a prime candidate considering how close it will be situated to unknown territory. This means that it would make the location more suitable for the storage and assembly of classified technology.

Also attached you will find a list of supplies which will be needed for the project to advance. Furthermore, I'm expecting regular reports from the departments concerned which will then be passed on to you.
