Biographical Data:

 

MVess Vacer JoNs was born on the planet of Cait in the mid 2300’s to VaRirr and MVess JoNs; there are no further birth records available.

 

She grew up within the Caitian mercenary lifestyle, zipping around the galaxy going from job to job with her family members on a family owned clan ship. Through the years of mercenary service she picked up a variety of skills ranging from lock picking to shuttle piloting to gun running. Her nomadic lifestyle combined with the typical rebellious attitude of a young feline who thinks that she knows everything eventually led her to leave the relative safety of her family clan and strike out on her own. She maintains contact with her family but currently has no desire to return to the Falyn Anjel.

 

Over the next few years, MVess served on a variety of mercenary ships that were Caitian clan aligned as well as independent cargo freighters and merchant vessels. She most often found herself serving as the helm officer or shuttle pilot and later within the security field.

 

During her tenure on the mercenary vessel SS Grace O’Malley, the feline found herself attracted to another crewmember of Kzinti tiger feline descent, Sarritt. The two lovers engaged in unprotected relations and conceived a child, but during the final stages of her first trimester, the feline was injured during a combat skirmish and lost the child. Soon, the nomadic lifestyle again called to both would be parents and with nothing to tie them together any longer, Sarritt and MVess soon parted ways to leave the shadow of their former relationship in the past .

 

Psychologically, the death of the unborn child had a deep impact on the Caitian but she refuses to speak of the ordeal. Outwardly, any dormant maternal instincts usually manifest themselves in the fierce protectiveness she shows towards Mrrett, a young female cousin left within her care and charge.

 

JoNs currently serves as the Executive Officer to the pirate crew of the SS Excalibur, under the war flag of Captain Ah-Windu Corizon. These renegades work as contract privateers sponsored secretly by certain factions within the Romulan government, and their primary targets are Terran/Human Imperial targets; this infamous crew has made quite a name and reputation for themselves the past couple of years.

 

The most recent - and biggest - heist the crew participated in was the capture of the Imperial warship USS Excalibur, an operation during which MVess was injured by an energy ballistics shot to her torso. Pirate medical techniques being what they are, she sports at least a dozen small to medium sized healed gash marks that spider across her right shoulder and neck areas. She wears the injury proudly and as a badge of honor.

 

She is not by nature an ambitious individual, but she can be ruthless in her command style with regard to keeping a cutthroat pirate crew in line. For the most part she shows loyalty for her current commander, but MVess is by her very nature a mercenary born and raised within the culture and will not hesitate to go where the credits and galactic winds take her.

Biographical Data:

 

Mrrett Shaow JoNs was born in the year 2367 to Srrch and Mrree, an unbonded Caitian couple. She was born premature and suffered some post natal medical issues as a result of drug use by her mother during the pregnancy.

 

Her biological father Srrch left four months after the birth, leaving Mrree to raise the child herself. The young feline has had no contact with her father and his whereabouts are unknown, and she has shown no outward desire to track the man down or at least find out where he is or if he is dead.

 

Her mother eventually passed away due to the resulting medical complications from her addiction to the drug Jherojin; Mrrett was eight years old at the time of her mother’s death. An older female cousin - MVess JoNs, at the time twenty five years of age - legally adopted the young Caitian a year later. Mrrett is now sixteen seasons of age and currently serves on the same pirate crew alongside her Elder Guardian MVess. Despite her mother’s liberal usage of the drug during her pregnancy, the young Caitian has never shown any signs of addiction to the drug or any lasting side effects from her exposure to it during the gestation cycle.

 

Mrrett’s early years of development were spent on the family clan ship, where she received her first lessons in the mercenary lifestyle as well as a basic education in history, math, and reading via private tutoring lessons from a maternal aunt.

 

In spite of growing up and dealing with the added pressure of an addict parent who went through alternating bouts of being clean and sober and strung out, Mrrett maintains an almost cheerful outlook on life along with a healthy dose of hell bent for adventure predilections that are not easily sidetracked or contained. She is in many ways perfectly suited for the nomadic and devil may care lifestyle of the modern galactic pirate.

 

She does not fit the profile of a mercenary or pirate leader, and shows no interest in commanding her own ship or crew. The young felinoid is comfortable within the field of computer hacking, and for the few ground assault missions that she has participated in, she performed within acceptable parameters providing long range sniper coverage for any ground teams that were dispatched. Her hand to hand combat skills are average for a Caitian brawler, and she is capable of taking care of herself.

 

Like her elder cousin and mentor, the young feline pirate is training and developing her skills within the security and shuttle piloting fields.
