MISSION BRIEFING: The Galaxy-class starship USS Victory is in orbit of Tiiesar III, a pre-warp, pre-industrial society which has several native species similar to known ones - human, Vulcan, Tellarite, Andorian, Cardassian, Klingon, Gorn, etc. Although the Prime Directive is in effect, an away team has been sent to investigate the humanoid settlement. The team has encountered a herd, witnessed a stampede, and seen some unusual behavior from the herder.

STSF Sorehl -> But did indeed utilize a three-color distinction.
