The Manticore is docked at Starbase 9, the fully autonomous

repair station designated for Manticore's use. The damage

done to the ship in the wormhole and subsequent collision

with another ship have been repaired. A Black Ops team,

referring to themselves as INDIA Team, has finished their

work, assisting the crew with repairs. They have departed the

ship, along with the Admiral, still in an induced coma, so that

he can be helped by the Federation's experts in brain trauma.

Captain Sovak is in full command and only awaiting the

arrival of Inspector General Morris before launching Manticore.
