12-04-2008 ACADEMY!!

Okay, I know A9 is MIA tonight, and I am currently at wrestling practice w/ my 13 yr old son as Dad is TDY (away on business for you non military types) this week, so that leaves me playing Single Mom. Graciously one of the Dads sitting here saw me struggling w/ my PDA (small screen, big website) and has allowed me a moment to dash off a quick note to the faithful (he keeps looking over -- either he's worried about me surfing inappropriate sites or he's a closet trek fan like me).

 

My message ... practice usually ends at 9:30 and it takes me 30 minutes to get home (thanks dad for choosing a wrestling club 30 minutes away), however Max was not at practice on Monday due to the flu so Coach "angry hammer" Swartz is keeping Max after a bit to go over a couple new pinning combinations.

 

On the upside, I now know how to get out of a near side cradle (if it's not too tight) ;-)

 

My apologies if y'all get there and there the host team is missing. Don't spill wine on the carpet and be sure to lock the doors and turn out the lights when you leave.
