The Government of the United Federation of Planets insists that all parties just calm the hell down before this situation escalates any further. The Government of the United Federation of Planets does not desire hostilities to escalate to the point of war.

 

Further, the Government of the United Federation of Planets desires a meeting with the Government of the Ferengi Alliance and its representative to discuss the current situation and wishes to include in this meeting all interested parties. Given the current situation The Government of the United Federation of Planets requests that this meeting take place at the earliest opportunity and that it take place onboard Facility 30218-UKFCB.

 

Before said meeting can take place, The Government of the United Federation of Planets insists that the Government of the Ferengi Alliance remove all ships from around Facility 30218-UKFCB. The Government of the United Federation of Planets gives its word to the Government of the Ferengi Alliance that Facility 30218-UKFCB will remain where it is and that no further attempts will be made to relocate it at this time. The Government of the United Federation of Planets desires only to ensure the safety of all personnel onboard Facility 30218-UKFCB and to prevent further escalation of the current situation. If the Government of the Ferengi Alliance agrees to withdraw its ships, then the Government of the United Federation of Planets agrees to withdraw the task force that is currently on its way to Facility 30218-UKFCB. Has the Government of the United Federation of Planets made itself clear to the Government of the Ferengi Alliance?
