Chat room login trouble

I recently moved and whenever I tried to login to the chat room two days ago I came up with an error message that said, "Error connecting to server. Please try again in a few minutes." I been trying to login every few hours and get the same message everytime. Can I get some help here?

We're going to need more information to try to help you solve your problem:

0. Laptop or desktop? If laptop, can you go somewhere else with an Internet connection and see if it works?

1. You say you've moved -- have you changed Internet service providers? Did you upgrade your system? Is it even the same system?

2. What operating system, browser, Java version are you using?

I am using a Dell laptop w/ Windows Vista, Internet Explorer and I have simmed w/ this computer several times before. I believe the Java is current. And I have changed providers, although I havent' had a problem w/ that before.

I actually had the same message this morning for a while. It might be the server and not your computer or connection.
