It won't let me get started

Hello, I am new to this place and would love to start by entering the chatrooms to commence my simming. But when I try to enter the chatroom and I input my username and passcode, it says it is invalid. Why is this? I am a member here in the forums! Can someone help me out?

hmm... are you sure you are entering your login info correctly?

You can always just log into the boards and then click "Live Chat" up in the top right corner, which should bypass the necessity of logging in at all to the room. Hope this helps and welcome to the community! B)

Yep. Just enter the holodeck by double clicking on it.

Indeed -- the Live Chat access through the forums is the same as the one you were trying to get into; it's just a different method of access in which you are already logged in. All the academies and advanced sims take place there in one of the available rooms; you can move between rooms by double-clicking on the different parts of the list on the right-hand side of the window. Academies take place in the holodeck; advanced sims are all over the place -- you can find out where they are, as well as when the academies are, at www.stsf.net/schedule.php.
