That's cool Powreal.

I like TOS through DS9. Voyager had a few points where I did like it. Though can't say I liked all of it. And I'm not an Enterprise fan. Can't get into it. But part of that is being used to watching TOS. :)

So far, TNG - post second season - is my favorite series, but all of them have had some very good and very bad episodes.  TOS was good, even if a bit hokey and dated, but got pretty bad in its third season.  Voyager got better in the later seasons.  DS9 began well, got tired and boring, and revamped towards the end.  Enterprise still hasn't had enough of a chance to grow on me.

Enterprise...I cant say its my favorite but it's growing on me fast.  I like the way the season's end took a more serious and peril turn.  Even if im still confused how archer got so cheesed at tucker on the coigenter episode and on the next one completly forget about it!

Why does everyone always leave out The Animated Series?

True it may not be considered canon, but what is canon?  How do you define canon?  If canon is defined as something Gene Rodenbury was involved in then TAS qualifies  - and most of TNG, all of DS9, Generations, all of Voyager, First Contact, Insurection, all of Enterprise, and Nemesis do not.

By what criteria are the above titles considered canon and TAS is not?

You seem to have missed my avatar.  Lt M'Ress from TAS.

I'm picking Voyager. I'm not going with the area of the Enteprise ships because nothing can really compete with those. They're in their own league.

But, with Voyager, it stepped new bounds by adding a new Trek show that had nothing to do with, no had connections to, the Enterprise. Yeah, there were episodes that featured TNG people, but they didn't have an intrigal part of the show with the exception of the ep where Voyager ended up crashing on a Hoth-like planet killing everyone.

The stories were good for the most part. The 2hour eps they had all the time were great. The funnies they kept pulling were awesome. There's nothing better than seeing Robert Beltran keep trying to hold back that smirk of his and hiding behind someone. Even Jeri had her 'hold it back!' moments.

I just wish that once they had contact with Command that they would have updated their uniforms to the current ones (24th Cent, of course). You would think COmmand would fill them in on everything they had to update.

Voyager explored what would happen to Starfleet personnel if they had to leave the safety net of the Federation.  Would they still uphold Starfleet standards?  Would they have to make radical changes to survive?  This is what I liked about the series.

And Blu - I didn't forget about your avitar.  It's just blury on my screen for some reason.
